Privacy clause for candidates

DATA PROTECTION POLICY ACCEPTANCE

AND CONSENT OF CANDIDATES TALENT

1. Previous information

AUXADI complies with the regulations on data protection; General Data Protection Regulation - EU 2016/679- (GDPR).

AUXADI has implemented a Privacy and Data Protection Policy that can be consulted on its website www.auxadi.com.

2. Acceptance and consent

The Candidate confirms that he/she has read and accepts AUXADI’s Privacy and Data Protection Policy, as well as this notice, and expressly consents the treatment of his/her Personal Data in order to participate in AUXADI Group selection processes.

3. Purpose of treatment

AUXADI will only use Candidates’ Personal Data to manage their participation in selection processes and/or for their eventual hiring.

AUXADI will never transfer or sell to third parties the Personal Data of the Candidates.

4. Exercise of rights

Candidates may exercise their rights of access, modification, erasure, opposition, portability and the right to be forgotten, under the GDPR, by sending an e-mail to GDPR@auxadi.com,  or by sending a communication to AUXADI at Nanclares de Oca Street 1B, 28022, Madrid.

5. Deletion of Personal Data

The Personal Data of the Candidates will be kept for the period of time that the selection process lasts and/or, at most, for a period of one year from the end of the process. After that period, Personal Data will be securely and permanently deleted.

6. Confidentiality

AUXADI will always treat the Personal Data of the Candidates with absolute confidentiality.
