Web & Digital Product Marketing and Campaign Management (Accounting, Tax, Payroll & Legal services)

The Web & Digital Product Marketing and Campaign Management role will be responsible for driving digital engagement, lead generation for new clients and revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling campaigns targeting Auxadi’s existing international client base.

The role requires a strong analytical and commercial mindset, combining digital marketing, website management, SEO/SEM, CRM segmentation and campaign execution, while collaborating with international stakeholders and understanding the corporate services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Performance

• Manage and continuously optimize Auxadi’s corporate website, ensuring content is up to date, relevant and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, user behavior and conversion metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize web-generated leads and ensure their appropriate integration and follow-up through the CRM.
• Coordinate website updates and improvements with the relevant internal and external teams.

SEO, SEM & Digital Visibility

• Develop and execute SEO and SEM initiatives to increase Auxadi’s online visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Monitor organic and paid search performance, identifying opportunities for continuous optimization.
• Adapt digital content and website positioning to evolving search behaviors, including AI-driven search environments.
• Track relevant digital KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on performance.

CRM, Segmentation & Marketing Automation

• Manage and optimize client and prospect segmentation within the CRM to enable targeted and relevant marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute email marketing and automated campaigns based on client profiles, services, markets and business opportunities.
• Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives, ensuring effective follow-up and measurement throughout the funnel.
• Analyse campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve targeting, engagement and conversion.

Client Campaigns & Revenue Growth

• Plan and execute targeted campaigns aimed at Auxadi’s existing client base to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Identify relevant client segments and opportunities for additional services based on client profiles, needs and existing relationships.
• Develop campaigns that support referrals and strengthen engagement with existing clients.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and country teams to ensure campaigns are relevant across Auxadi’s different markets.
• Track campaign results and their contribution to leads, opportunities and revenue.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and within agreed timelines.

Client Engagement & Insights

• Support initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Coordinate and analyse client satisfaction surveys and other client feedback mechanisms.
• Translate client feedback and digital behavior into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client journey and digital experience across relevant touchpoints.

Digital Channels

• Support the management and optimization of Auxadi’s social media presence from a digital performance perspective.
• Monitor online reputation and digital engagement across relevant channels.
• Ensure consistency between website, campaigns, CRM communications and other digital touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

• Define and monitor KPIs related to website performance, SEO/SEM, campaigns, CRM, lead generation and client engagement.
• Analyse campaign and digital performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reporting on digital marketing activity and campaign results.
• Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and support business and revenue objectives.
