Job description

At Auxadi, we are looking for Payroll professionals located in Tegucigalpa who want to take their career to the next level. If you're looking for a role where you can grow, innovate, and work in a supportive, multicultural environment, this is the opportunity for you.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on labor law changes and tax regulations to ensure full compliance with reporting obligations and legal requirements.
  • Social Security: Manage the calculation, modification, and payment of Social Security contributions via SILTRA.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to salaries, taxes, and employee benefits, tracking all changes (e.g., hires, terminations, promotions).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

Requirements

What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?

We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms.

In addition, it is important that you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience of at least one year
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
