Web & Digital Manager (Accounting, Tax, Payroll & Legal services)

The Web & Digital Manager will be responsible for driving digital engagement, lead generation, customer insights, and online brand visibility across all markets and business units. This role will own the company's digital ecosystem, ensuring the website, email marketing, social media channels, and digital acquisition activities operate effectively to support revenue growth.  

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, website management, customer segmentation, and marketing technology. They will also have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior managers.  Prior experience and knowledge of international corporate services including legal set-up, transfer pricing, accounting, tax compliance is required.   

Key Roles and Responsibilities 

Website Management & Optimization 

• Own, maintain, and continuously enhance the corporate website to ensure optimal performance, usability, and user experience 

• Coordinate website updates, content publishing, and technical improvements,  

• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and customer engagement 

• Ensure all website content reflects brand, product, and commercial objectives 

• Monitor website health, functionality, security, and compliance requirements 

Digital Demand Generation 

• Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies that attract qualified prospects and support commercial growth objectives 

• Support Director of Strategic Growth Marketing acquisition campaigns through digital channels and lead generation initiatives 

• Ensure all website-generated leads are accurately captured, tracked, and routed through the CRM system 

• Monitor lead quality, source attribution, and conversion performance 

Segmentation & Customer Insights 

• Develop audience lists and campaign segmentation to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness 

• Analyze customer, prospect, and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities 

• Generate actionable customer insights to support campaign planning and commercial decision-making 

Email Marketing 

• Develop and execute email marketing strategy  

• Create and manage email marketing calendars, workflows, and automation,  

• Monitor delivery, engagement, conversion, and performance metrics 

• Continuously optimize content, audience segmentation, and campaign effectiveness 

SEO, SEM & AI Search Optimization 

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website traffic 

• Manage SEM activities and coordinate paid search initiatives where applicable 

• Monitor keyword rankings, search performance, and competitive digital activity 

• Identify opportunities to improve visibility across emerging AI-powered search environments and digital discovery platforms 

• Recommend and implement technical and content improvements to support search performance 

Analytics & Performance Reporting 

• Establish regular reporting on website traffic, digital engagement, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and channel performance 

• Monitor key digital marketing KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization 

• Produce regular dashboards and insights for CMO 

• Promote a data-driven approach to digital marketing decision-making 

Social Media Strategy & Execution 

• Design, execute, and monitor the company's social media strategy 

• Manage content planning, publishing schedules, and channel performance 

• Ensure social activity supports acquisition, cross-selling, and brand objectives 

• Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and effectiveness 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to generate relevant and timely content 

Online Reputation & Third-Party Digital Presence 

• Monitor and maintain the company's digital presence across third-party platforms 

• Manage online reviews, directory listings, business profiles, and external digital references 

• Coordinate responses and corrective actions as appropriate 

• Ensure consistency of company information across all digital properties
