What will my duties be?
As a Payroll Supervisor at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Payroll Processing: Manage and oversee the calculation, production and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Technology and Processes: Utilize and manage processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance and processing of all obligations related to payroll and Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT and federal and local authorities.
- Labor records management: Manage and monitor employee records, including registrations, entries, terminations, Social Security variations, contract adaptations, severance and settlement calculations, etc., using digital platforms.
- Team collaboration: Train and work closely with your team to offer complete and accurate services.
- Other: Collaboration in expatriate calculations and other tasks related to personnel administration.
