At Auxadi we are looking for a Regional Country Manager for Perú, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia, based in Lima or Bogotá. If you are looking for a a new challenge in your career where you can develop yourself, innovate and work in a multicultural and supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you.

 

The Regional Country Manager should be a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the growth, as well as monitor performance, operational effectiveness, and service quality of the firm across Perú, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia. This role combines financial stewardship with people leadership and business oversight.

 

What Will My Role Be?

 

  • Collaborate with local teams to support client delivery and monitor project economics.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service lines, teams, and client engagements.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction across the region.
  • Promote growth through quality, satisfaction and business development.
  • Assist with the implementation of new business lines (corporate legal services and transfer pricing).

Requisitos

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Law.
  • CPA, or equivalent professional designation /MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance or Management is a strong advantage.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in professional services.
  • At least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role with full P&L oversight.
  • Experience in a multinational environment in the professional services industry.
  • Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and drive service excellence.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish; advanced proficiency in English required.

Travel:

  • Availability to travel across the region (up to 20–30%) to engage with teams and clients.
