We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to attract top talent in a highly international and competitive environment, supporting recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions.

This position is based in our Madrid headquarters, serving as a key hub for driving global talent acquisition initiatives across Europe, America, and other strategic locations.

The role will focus on identifying and hiring qualified professionals globally, mainly within the professional services sector (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Transfer pricing), ensuring consistency in quality, cultural fit, and employer positioning across geographies.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in headhunting or recruitment consultancy, combined with a solid technical foundation (e.g. Accounting, Audit or similar disciplines), enabling a deep understanding of the profiles to be hired and a highly credible approach with stakeholders and candidates.

With +10 years of experience and a bilingual level of English, this role requires the ability to operate in a multicultural environment, engaging stakeholders and candidates internationally.

 

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Headhunting

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-senior and senior roles within professional services (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, Transfer pricing profiles).
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct search (headhunting), market mapping, and talent pipelines.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates in highly competitive markets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and Directors
  • Translate business needs into precise job descriptions, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
  • Challenge and align stakeholders on hiring strategy, candidate quality, and timelines.

Selection Process Excellence

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle:
    • Job definition and posting
    • Candidate screening and shortlisting
    • Interviews (HR + coordination with Operations)
    • Assessment of skills, motivations, and cultural fit
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiation.

Market Intelligence

  • Provide insights on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor positioning.
  • Build knowledge of key talent pools in professional services across relevant geographies.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage ATS and recruiting tools effectively.
  • Promote best practices in employer branding and candidate attraction.

Requisitos

Requirements
 
Experience

  • +10 years of experience in recruitment In headhunting firms / executive search
  • Proven experience managing international or multi-country recruitment processes.
  • Previous professional experience as Accountant, Auditor or similar, enabling strong technical understanding of core business profiles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent direct search / headhunting skills
  • Strong interviewing and assessment capability (technical + cultural fit)
  • High level of business acumen and stakeholder influence
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
